Custom Order of Fourteen Strawberries / Completed December 2008
I think with this order I finally perfected my strawberry pincushion pattern! Salt AND cotton = the perfect weight, firmness and shape.
I am still having a bit of a hard time getting back to work in the studio after a two week vacation, but I am excited about these little strawberries and will be working on a few tonight. I'm hoping to have some up in the shop by this weekend. Tomorrow I will officially be back to work in my studio. I am going to make myself spend the morning writing a much needed blog update. I promise. Complete with a recap on both holiday craft fairs Justin and I vended at and holiday photos and fun. Plus info on my 2009 plans and, more importantly, my next shop update and a special surprise present for my blog readers! See you in the morning!
