I've been stitching up so many banners lately (thanks to a little link on EatDrinkChic) that I've been incredibly absent from internet-land. A few days ago I decided to take a break from orders and make something for myself -- something I haven't done in FAR too long.
I've been needing a new tote for months and months, since the Etsy bag I got two years ago just isn't holding up any more. I could probably get a bit more time out of it if I were to replace one of the handles, instead of just stitching it back together over and over again - it's much shorter than the other now!
This bag is probably my most favorite thing right now. And it feels so good to finally have something big and sturdy to throw all my daily things into. I was actually planning on making a silly banner when I began stitching the letters on, but it worked into a tote so well! Sorry about the not-so-great blurry photo. It's been dark and rainy here.
I'm hoping to get back into some sort of blogging routine soon, but, then again, I never have been good at keeping up with my blog. I just come in spurts. There are some super exciting new things on my horizon, so exciting it's all I can think about, but it's also too soon to start talking about it. Sorry, that's a horrible tease, isn't it? Well, don't you worry, when things shape up to be more real and not just a dreamy too-good-to-be-true idea, I will probably be talking about it too much!
